Cancellation Policy

PRIVATE PARTY POLICY & LIABILITY AGREEMENT Effective as of date of your event Thank you for booking a private event at our studio! To ensure a smooth and safe experience for everyone, please carefully review the following policies and agreement terms: 1. RESERVATION & PAYMENT - A non-refundable deposit of $250 of the minimum spend is required to reserve your date and time. - The remaining balance must be paid by the end of the event. - The minimum spend must be met; if your party’s purchases do not meet the minimum, you are responsible for covering the difference. 2. CANCELLATION POLICY - Cancellations must be made in writing at least 72 hours in advance. - Deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred to another date once, within 15 days of the original event. 3. LIABILITY WAIVER All guests receiving tattoos or piercings must: - Present valid government-issued ID. - Be 18+ for tattoos, or meet local legal age for piercings with proper documentation. - Complete and sign a studio waiver and release of liability form. 4. ALCOHOL & BEHAVIOR - BYOB is permitted for guests 21+ only. - Excessive intoxication, aggressive behavior, or disrespect of the staff or space will result in immediate termination of the event without refund. - Hosts are responsible for the conduct of their guests. 5. DAMAGES & CLEANING - The host assumes financial responsibility for any damages to studio equipment, furnishings, or property caused by guests. - Light clean-up is included, but additional charges may apply if the studio is left excessively dirty. 6. SAFETY & STUDIO RULES - Only licensed artists and piercers employed by the studio may perform procedures. - Guests are not allowed in restricted areas without permission. - Children under 12 are not permitted during private parties for safety and liability reasons. 7. LIABILITY RELEASE By booking this event, the client agrees to release and hold harmless Beauty in Ink, LLC, its staff, owners, and affiliates from any and all claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the event, including injury, illness, or property damage. By submitting payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms above.
